At TokenBill, we strive to provide the most reliable AI Monetization & Routing Engine for our users.
1. Digital Credits and Usage
Because the TokenBill platform facilitates access to compute resources and strictly metered logical models, credits that are utilized on the platform correspond directly to physical compute costs and upstream API allocations.
Critical Refund Clause
Due to the consumable nature of API usage, consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days.
2. Processing Unused Credit Refunds
If you have purchased a balance of credits and wish to request a refund for the unused portion within the 7-day window, you must contact our support team at [email protected]. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., via Airwallex).
3. Subscription Tiers
For recurring subscription plans, any cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle, but you will not be charged for future cycles.
